By supplying Penny’s Pies with your personal information, you agree to the use of that information by Penny’s Pies and Penny’s Pie Classes, as follows:

Names, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, other contact information will be added to the Penny’s Pies "mail list" and may be used for future mailings (USPS and e-mail) to inform you about products and services and to provide recipes, "pie news", information and other communications relating to Penny’s Pies and Penny’s Pie Classes.

You can be removed from the active mailing list by contacting Penny’s Pie Classes.

2. Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS unless buyer specifies other method. Shipping insurance is optional – Please contact Penny’s Pies to arrange for shipping insurance if required. This will incur an increase to shipping costs.

If an item arrives in a broken or damaged condition, please contact your local USPS and Penny’s Pies and inform both parties. Please save all damaged shipping boxes or containers in addition to damaged item(s) to present to shipper for inspection.

3. Returns

If you wish to return an item to Penny’s Pies, please contact us via phone or e-mail for a return authorization via our Contact page. Faulty or defective items will by replaced at no cost to the buyer. Any refunds will not include shipping costs.

Items being returned must be shipped within 10 days of receipt by buyer.
